Japan's packaging industry has developed rapidly with the growth of Japan's post-war economy. Japanese packaging, with its traditional new materials, excellent technology and elaborate design, has attracted the attention of people all over the world, while the quality level and lean management of Japanese packaging production and manufacturing occupy a place in the industry. Under the careful organization and arrangement of Wuxi Gangqiao Packaging Co., Ltd., the printing association went to Nara, the capital of Japan, to visit the real face of Japanese packaging.
During the six-day investigation, the delegation visited crown packaging Co., Ltd., okahashi Co., Ltd. and Tianli Times Co., Ltd. and had exchanges and interactions, which was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. In the conference room of the Guanxi factory of crown packaging Co., Ltd., the head of Shanggu factory introduced to you that Japan crown packaging, founded in 1962, has 9 manufacturing plants and sales networks all over Japan, mainly producing and selling food packaging, cosmetics outer packaging and paper bags, covering the whole country's production network to meet the needs of customers' all-round packaging solutions 。 Shanggu introduced that although the Japanese packaging market has been in a weak and shrinking state in recent years, crown packaging still achieved a negative growth in this situation.
Guanxi factory of crown packaging, located in Gecheng, Nara County, covers an area of 36000 square meters. It has tile lines of b-tile, e-tile, f-tile, g-tile and other two-layer and three-layer tiles, 7-color concave printing wheel, flexographic wheel pre printing machine, Mitsubishi Youbi offset printing machine, multi-color watermark machine, as well as production lines of back cover, die-cutting, window sticking and paste box. Because the workshop involves food packaging, our association, led by the factory staff, divided them into three groups to visit each workshop. First of all, what impresses us is that each section of production is well and orderly distributed in different workshops, each of which uses logistics tracks or electric forklifts to move materials. There is not a manual trailer, and more than 80 vehicles are orderly feeding and discharging materials. In the pre printing workshop and the assembly line of the machine, the machine produced by Shizuoka Machinery Co., Ltd. is running at high speed in 1989, and the equipment that has been used for 30 years is still working with high precision at the speed of not exporting to the new equipment. The leader of the team, Mr. Chuankou, also introduced the printing technology that they cooperated with the pre printing to present the design pattern through the corrugated peak, and the special modification of the corrugated It's a fine craft that can't show the edge. Next, in the offset workshop, we also experienced the technology and mature inspection function of micro corrugations such as g-tile directly printed on the sheet fed offset press by crown packaging; in the workshops of each section in the back road, we once again saw the high automatic production efficiency and neat and orderly management site. Although we can't see the confidential food packaging production line, a series of production details of crown let us see the Japanese packaging people's "efforts" in production process and management.
Okahashi Co., Ltd., located in the original city of Nara County, is the parent company of Wuxi okahashi Packaging Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1953. After visiting the production site and excellent sample room of Gangqiao, members of the association made in-depth discussion with President Gangqiao on staff management and labor cost in the conference room of Gangqiao packaging. President Gangqiao also shared with you all kinds of changes in China's packaging industry since he founded Gangqiao packaging in Wuxi in 2004. At the same time, President okahashi also expressed that okahashi company takes Wuxi factory as the production base to produce packaging color boxes that meet the world standards, and takes the Japanese market as the starting point to expand the Southeast Asian and European markets.
Tianli times is located in Tianli City, Nara county. Tianli city is the birthplace of Tianli religion. As a branch of Japanese Shinto, Tianli religion has more than two million followers. Founded in 1940, Tianli times has been responsible for the production of Tianli times and related publications. With the continuous growth of production capacity, at present, with Nara Tianli as the starting point, Tianli times has expanded its business to Japan and is responsible for the production and sales of various books, magazines, manuals, etc.
In the production workshop of Tianli times, we saw the printing process of the newspaper at a close distance. Tianli times has several rotary presses and four offset presses, among which the Mitsubishi rotary press with five colors and two sides printing worth 700 million yen is equipped with two kinds of flow lines, namely sheet fed and automatic folding fed, which can customize the operation process according to the production demand. In the automatic folding and binding production line, the leader of the times also introduced the thin binding process, which makes their books comfortable to read. After visiting the workshop, members of the association also had a heated discussion and exchange with chensi general manager of the times on the quality and technology of products.

In fact, as the capital of Japan during the Nara period, Nara was also the destination of Jianzhen's eastward journey in the Tang Dynasty. More than 1000 years ago, master Jianzhen from Yangzhou, invited by Japanese monks studying abroad, braved hardships and dangers, made six attempts to cross Japan and came to Nara, Japan. Jianzhen brought a large number of books and cultural relics to Japan. He diligently and unremittingly spread the cultural achievements of the Tang Dynasty, taught Buddhism, and was respected at that time. Jianzhen's eastward visit has had a profound impact on Nara and the development of Japan's religious and cultural undertakings, as well as enhanced the friendship between the two peoples.
